Quick question about TPMS

Just a quick question, I just received my new rims with the TPMS installed. The tool to recalibrate the sensors to the car is out of stock for a while. Well once I put the new rims on and have been driving for the past 4 days I get no low tire warning or anything. Also the PSI changes on the dash readout while driving down the road not fluctuating but just 1 or 2 psi here or there. Is this a fluke or is the TPMS tool not necessary? Just thought this was weird since my 2008 needed to be calibrated.

i was told that the car does itself.. Paul from Need for speed told me.. ill take his word

Thanks for the reply, definitely not complaining just thought it was weird. Definitely a plus than having the low tire warning the whole time. Appreciate it!

I didn't need the tool. The car figured it out after a day.

My car figured it out on its own for awhile but now the light is on mine. I gotta buy the tool and program them.

Was at the dealership yesterday and I was talking to the mechanic. They said the car has a reset function and it will automatically sync in about 40 km.
