Question regarding PP1 A10 GT

Hello Guys, I wanted to know if the PP1 wheels are heavier than the wheels that come on the Black Out Package?
Also can I delete the PP1 Spoiler and get the Black out lower lip spoiler with the PP1 package
Lastly would u opt for the 301a or the 400 package

The black accent front wheel/tire combination weighs around 58 lbs (19x8.5" wheel) I believe. The PP1 front wheel/tire combined weigh 60 lbs, and the rears weigh 64 lbs, so the PP1 wheels/tires are a few lbs heavier. All of the gain in the rear is due to the bigger tires, the front/back PP1 wheels weigh the same, even though the rear is 1/2" wider (not sure how but that's what the "what things weigh" thread says).
