Do you use an upper cylinder lube?
if so which one and why. I tested 3, Trans fluid, ethanol compatible 2 cycle oil and Power Plus 19769-18 Fuel Additive Alcohol Top Lube.

Trans fluid looked like a water mix and some solids fell out of suspension so don't use it. Both the 2 cycle oil and the power plus stayed mixed. 2 cycle oil is a lot cheaper than the power plus.

I put the power plus in the last tank 2 oz to a full tank and my injectors have quieted down. Haven't tried the 2 cycle oil and wonder how much I should use.

Thoughts?

The 15% of gas is the lubrication. On Ford flex fuel vehicles, Ford says at every oil change run a tank of straight gas.

Klotz uplon lube is the best you can get in my opinion.

What wildhorse said. Ran e85 for a year straight with maybe one or two tanks of e10. Zero issues.

That's interesting you noticed a drop in injector noise though. I'll have to pay attention when I jump back to e85 from pump.

I pull a fuel sample from the tank to make sure my stoich is set right in the tune. A 100ml graduated cylinder makes measuring pretty easy. The plunger on the syringe I use does not move smoothly with pump gas but on e85 its almost like its lubed.
