@Vco Thanks for the reply. Yeah, that made a mess of that diffuser! I am trying to find some better looking than the stock GT exhaust tips while still keeping the stock active exhaust. Not having the car yet means I don't have a clue as to what can be done about that so I am kind of snooping around ahead of time.
as I can see you have corsa quads

This is the one I got , extra carbon fiber helps protecting the diffuse r

Also there is burnt one . I initially likes the look of these but they did not fit with my diffuser.

So it all depends on diffuser you use. the 350 replica diffuser has huge space for tips so you need big quads if you choose that one.

I have the roush catback kit . Previous owner installed it but he did not install the tip so there was 20 cm between exhaust and the fake tips that comes with the diffuser . Result melted diffuser after 15 mins of high revs .

These tips are aftermarket tips . The shop I found d had the borla quad tip chrome color and these ones which is wrapped with carbon fiber. I liked the look of these so chosen this one

Just noticed, do you replace your rear diffuser with the bumper still on? Wit how much work and stuff I had to make or modify and the stiffness of the CF, I just couldn't have done it without major collateral damage.

I havent removed the bumper . My challange was the slots on the bumper was also melt on the left side . So I had to do some plastic welding and molding to fix the diffuser . Otherwise fixing it would be 20 mins job . 6 clips on the back and 4 on the sides put some rivets all done . Sides requires some small hands :) My rear ligh also was not compatible and required a bit more tidying up with cables.

Before I always worked under lifted land rover and xterra which was way easier . Mustang was challenging as it has very little space ...

I would call the place you plan on buying it from and ask.
