Spotted my first mustang on the road today. In fact it was in my driveway. Unfortunately it wasn't mine, but belonged to WildB from this forum. Will took me for a lengthy spin and explained his mods. He spent nearly 2 hours with me and I learned so much. What a fabulous car; the acceleration, braking and handling are exceptional.

Anyone considering an exhaust would be very pleased with the Borla S and anyone considering ceramic pro would be ecstatic with the finish. A big thank you Will - you made my day. Only a month to go.

It was an absolute pleasure Russ, it was great to put a face to the name and talk cars for a while.

Glad you enjoyed the drive, hopefully it didn't cost too much in mod purchases...

Spotted a Red Coupe at Metro Ford, Newstead last weekend, wonder who the lucky owner is?
Also wondered because my car is now awaiting departure in Baltimore who here is among the same group and has Metro as their dealer? Seems like Ford are moving things along a little faster, yes/no?

My build date is 23 March dealer Gold Coast. So I believe our cars will be on same boat.

Just got a call from Motorama Ford telling me that my car will be ready to be picked up tomorrow!!! YAY!!!!

Plus they are going to leave all the wrapping on!
Time to book my car in for tint and paint protection!

Mine has arrived at the dealership today, just waiting for paperwork from leasing company to clear before they advise me my pickup date, hopefully on Saturday or earlier.

I picked up mine yesterday. I had a huge grin on the drive home.

One thing is the Mustang gets attention wherever you go. Random people waving at me, thumbs up and people coming over wanting a look. It's Been all positive so far (knock on wood).

Try driving around in a convertible with the top down, every set of red lights and someone in a car in the other lane is winding down their window and commenting, asking questions, taking a photo (2 so far) and generally not looking at what they should be doing! Moving traffic worse...

Picked up mine on Wednesday. One small scratch - after 130 days in transit - not too bad. It's all and more than what is said. Interestingly it gets more attention than the 65 fastback. Might take a run up the range today.

Also I'm amazed how much spare time I have now not checking W&W or Prix cars.

It was built 26.4.16
My dealer told me today that ETA is 2.7.16
At this stage I have ready & waiting to put on it
