The 2014 lights are part number DR3Z-13B374-B ($19.25) and DR3Z-13B375-B ($17.88). The 2015 lights are part number FR3Z-13B374-B ($74.73) and FR3Z-13B375-B ($71.13). The prices are from Tasca Ford. If you use the 2015 lights I do not believe that you will have to trim the inside structure of the mirror. It wasn't a big deal trimming the mirror and when I did the install I saved about $160 using the 2014 lights. I hooked the lights up to 12 volts and saw exactly what direction they were pointing and trimmed the hole in the housing accordingly. I used a drill bit to make the main hole and shaped it with a dremel.
I wired these into the dome light and ran the one wire through an unused spot in the plastic door connector.

I went through the factory plastic connector that is in the door jamb. There are quite a few unused spots in the connector. You can just ground them straight to the door.Which connection and spot are you referring to in the door? I want to run some wires aswell. Do I go through the factory grommet?
sorry, no pics of them installed with the cover removed. Once you trim the hole to fit them, they just snap in place.Any pics of the lights themselves? Pics with mirror cover removed so we can see what they look like inside and how they mount?

Could you take a picture of the area. I am a little confused as to exactly which plastic part you are referring to. Is it the grommet on the upper side that comes out? I could see using a wire fisher and running the wire through there.I went through the factory plastic connector that is in the door jamb. There are quite a few unused spots in the connector. So, they use just a round hole?sorry, no pics of them installed with the cover removed. Once you trim the hole to fit them, they just snap in place.
There is a rubber boot that runs from the door to the inside of the car. Pull the rubber boot off and there is a plastic connector that is snapped into the door jam.Could you take a picture of the area. No, the hole is not round. It is the same shape as the picture of the light that I posted, only smaller. There is a tab made onto the light that will hold it in place once you cut the hole out for it.So, they use just a round hole?

Gotcha, thanks! No, the hole is not round. It is the same shape as the picture of the light that I posted, only smaller. There is a tab made onto the light that will hold it in place once you cut the hole out for it.
Sorry to revive an older post but what color wire did you tie the puddle lights into the dome lights at? I am looking to do the same in my 2018 and was it the same for each side. Thanks in advcance.Just went through this process myself, I bought mirrors from a junkyard with the puddle lights installed and my car did not come prewired for the puddle lights. I tapped into the dome light wire and ran a wire down to the door through the rubber boot. I then grounded the black wire from the mirror to the door and tied the dome light power into the gray wire on the mirror harness. Worked perfectly! Only thing is the blinker function does not work unfortunately.
