Making puddle lights turn on with headlights

Anyone done this on a premium? Making your mustang logos stay on with your headlights? Anyone have any idea on how to do that?

The only way would be to rewire them to the light circuit. I can tell you that they get pretty hot in a very short amount of time though.

I thought the puddle lights were LEDs.

I am pretty sure they are LEDs, but trust me they get hot. I tested the pair i put in my mirrors off of my power supply and after a minute or so the housing was pretty hot. The lens side stays cool, but the top of the housing were your terminals connect gets hot.
