Well I did put aftermarket footwell lights in.. when I go to do this mod I might try to tap into that light source

The v6 mirror is the same as the base GT.

Is it possible you can do a little diy write up, I just bought the puddle lamps but I have the base mirrors

For power you have to tap in to the dome lights. Cj pony parts has a video of a footwell led kit that is installed in that manner. Now getting from under the doors to the passenger compartment was tricky since there is a Molex connector in the way when passing the wires through the wire harness for the door. Still trying to get the boot back on that but I did get it working. This will also require removing the speakers to work inside the door.

My puddle light pony got all distorted and weird and dont wanna go to the dealer just to fix that. Any way i can get rid of the horse image and just have the light come on?
