Only 18$. Might take a punt, hopefully they the same as the uk ones
Bit of a price jump between models with or without blind spot? Do you know which ones we have?

I presume it is only a painted stencil in the lamp that is breaking down? Could the bulb in the lamp be getting too hot to cause this? I think however they are LEDs so shouldn't be giving off much heat? Wonder if a vinyl decal was made to be available to stick over if that would work?

We don't have blind spot. Can't see it getting too hot. Is only on for seconds at a time

Drivers side Mustang Pony Puddle Light failure and it is getting worse. I have agreed with dealer to get if fixed at next service (about 8 months time).

Are all Mustang Pony Puddle Light failures on drivers side?

Mine's similar to this on drivers' side. Passenger side is OK.

Talking to my dealer this morning about some work they were doing as a favour and he asked if my puddle lights were OK. Apparently they have replaced 4 sets already and have a couple in stock ready for the next ones. Also said that Ford were aware the design was not robust enough and a possible permanent fix / recall is in the pipeline.

As regards underseal he quickly changed the subject when I mentioned it but I've already paid to have mine done properly as twiggy says if it's a keeper then it needs doing properly by someone you can trust.

Thanks for the update, will mention to my dealer as and when the issue arises (if it arises). I'd told her before hand that they were going, they've had none back with the issue. Hopefully recall to fix/upgrade comes before then!

Currently summer so doubt I'll see much of the Ponies as much as I will every morning/night in the winter!

had mine replaced a couple days ago, it's just plug and play... took about 5 minutes to swap both of them. Also to mention is that Ford wants the old ones back, so they claim their warranty from the supplier/manufacturer, + a design fix!

Had mine done this morning as mentioned in my build thread but thought I'd update this one too.

My service guy said one of the techs had just been on a Mustang training course and Ford are DEFINITELY aware these are not isolated cases but there is in fact a manufacturing issue and will be sorting it out. Timeframe however...
