Shaun at AED will tune for E85 on just a BAP with big enough injectors. Some cars run out of fuel at the top of the powerband, some don't. Not worth the risk without a return system to me.
But he wont tune an NA car on E85 without 47lb injectors?

Question for Procharger Tech, how much difference is it in hp gains between e85 and straight racing fuel? Say ms109,does e85 still make alot more hp then the ms109?

Think Im just gonna play it safe and have "SANTA" get me a fuel system for Christmas and see what kind of power we can get out of this stage 2 kit :)

I've seen many people run out of injector on E85 with another intake manifold, and stock injectors. Shaun will tell you that every car is different. He's had cars run out of fuel on E85, big injectors, and a BAP. This is why it's better to be safe than sorry.

So is a bap needed along with a duel pump return system if your shooting for 800whp safely or can you just run the duel pump return system and be fine????

At some point above 800whp you will require BAP on Sai'a kit. Not on Fores.

Just make sure your "E85" tune is better than the last one that I saw...

The pump gas tune was decent...
The "E85 Tune" was exactly the same, other then having the knock sensors turned off!!!

E85 + Boost = Wicked. :)

NOTE: Last car I tuned on pump 93, then swapping to E85 (no boost change) gained 101 rwhp between the two fuels. ;)
That sounds like a good idea  There are quite a few timing tables so it is a bit time consuming but the normal lazy way is to just add to global spark to add more timing everywhere but you never turn the knock sensors off.

Was this a known tuner in the coyote crowd?
Well, I am not "known"...
But it was ME. LOL.

E85 yes "allows" you to make more power than 109, because of the cooling property.
The fuel itself doesn't add power....
Cold air = dense = power
Cold air = less chance of knock

I get a lot of crap for it, but unless you're running C16 or Q16 it's hard to beat E85. (I been running it for 12+ years)
And then at that point, even in my own race car that's under the knife, it will run either Ignight Ethanol, or straight Meth.

I'm adding Sai Li twin pump return system this week ... Sai said on E85 I should see an easy 90 HP increase .. But I'll take your number 101 :)

I'm at 604 on 93 and switching to E85 with Sai Li fuel system .. but i'm only shooting for 700 HP so Sai said I could remove the BAP ... I tell you I have been wanting to ditch that BAP anyway .The BAP worries me ..

I am sure with each car it varies LOL.
I can't say I was being EASY on that car either LOL.

He is a weekend warrior that is out every weekend racing anything and everything he comes across. I just wish I was the one selling fuel to him. LOL
Bet that car goes through a couple tanks a weekend, and has been for the better part of a year. LOL.
