So I'm in the process of installing my Procharger stage 2 system. I've gotten the fuel rails off and swapped to the new included Deatschwerks 95lb injectors. After swapping the injectors out, the instructions say to remove the factory fuel rail spacers and install the newly supplied spacers. This is where I am having some doubts. The difference in height between the factory spacers and the Procharger ones is pretty substantial. I would understand if the injector length was equally as different to compensate. However, by my rough eying of the lengths, the new Deatschwerks injectors are roughly the same length as the factory injectors.

Is this drastic difference in fuel rail spacers not going to cause an issue when trying to reinstall the fuel rail and injectors? Are the replacement spacers supposed to only be for the normally provided 52 lb injectors?

Sorry if this seems elementary. I just really don't want to screw anything up.

I had to use the spacers from procharger for the 52s .. When I switched to id1000 I had to use the factory spacers ... If they are the same size as stock you would just the factory spacers ..

Fun, fun....two same installs going on at same time. ID1000's here so factory spacers as well. Who's tuning yours?

I installed the new spacers from the kit and then the Deatschwerks 95lb-ers.I was following the manual's instructions and they work fine for me....

One thing i wasn't clear about was the dedicated belt tensioner. I shredded my first belt because the belt was not tight enough. Compare the deflection (slack) of your factory serpentine belt and make sure your procharger belt has the same deflection because if it is too loose like mine was then it could shred. Lastly, check ALL intercooler hose clamps, one of mine was loose and i was only at 6lbs at WOT.

Good Luck and make sure they sent you the tune for the new 95lb injectiors otherwise it will run rich as hell and wont idle.
