My Roush supercharged GT was cutting out power at 2500 rpm today. It even stalled nice and I got a check manual light. After 10 mins and a restart, everything appeared back to normal.

I recently cleaned my Roush air filter (didn’t oil the filter) but that was about 3 days ago and I’m positive the air filter was dry by today. Anyone experience something like this after a air filter cleaning? Or maybe just a coincidence?

Very curious what might have happened.

Unplug the MAF sensor by accident? Get anything on the sensor?

Sorry... not very familiar with the Roush set up...

Double check your work, make sure all hose's are on correctly and clamps tight any false air could cause what your describing. Honestly even if the filter was wet or damp the air moving across will dry it up pretty quickly. Have a look at your mass airflow sensor and give a clean with an appropriate aerosol solvent. If all else fails get an ELM 327 of ebay and an app for your phone to see what codes may be stored.
