Do you guys has program number of the 1500 offer? I found on a dealer's website that I can request for a 1000/1500 direct email cash offer, whose program number is #11243 and #11242. Wondering if it's the right place to go for there private offer.

I got $1,000 two days ago, offer #36586. It expires 8/31 but my dealer told me they can lock in if I order a 2019 and it comes in after the expiration date.

I just called Ford marketing department. A kind gentleman ask for all my information and sorry to say there is no private cash available for me. Really not sure how they decide who is legible. Maybe because I am not a ford customer yet?
Looks like this is it. I am gonna try with some dealer see if they could help for private cash, otherwise have to forget about it.

I just got an email for $750 for valuing my trade in but it says it expires 8/31 and my EDD is 8/30. Does anyone know if there's a way still be able to use it if my car doesn't arrive until after 8/31?

I think you should be able to have your dealer call and tie the offer to your order so it'll remain valid if it arrives after the private offer expires. When I inquired about the same issue for me, my dealer called Ford marketing on speaker phone and that's the answer I got. I haven't placed my order yet, but I expect it'll hold as long as I place it before the offer expires.

OK, thanks for the info.

My dealer isn't really on top of it with my order (they called a month after I had my VIN to tell me I had a VIN and the car was in transit, a month before it is even supposed to be built) so I am not too confident in them getting things done. Do you know if I need to go through my dealer or can I contact Ford marketing or the appropriate person directly?

I tried and couldn’t do it at Ford marketing but my dealer called a different number evidently and was able to give them the program number and work it out.
