No its not a new car lol. I am asking just to check its status. A 2015 mustang is by no means a new car when 2017s are being ordered. Vehicles that have been sitting on the lot for about a year could be very different one to another. I doubt it has been sitting in the lot with no one touching it, and since someone has test driven it, mileage matters. If it has been test driven for like 3k miles, I think you can haggle by saying it is not a brand new vehicle as It has been abused for 3k miles.
Loaded is just vague, an MSRP would help much better. Expect at least 8k off MSRP to make it sound reasonable

Well, it's new in the sense that it will still have a full factory warranty when you drive it off the lot. Just sayin' :D

I think see the car you are talking about in northeast Ohio. If I'm right, that car was built a year and a half ago, so it's been sitting there for a long time.
It probably hasn't sold because it has the ceramic interior which some people probably don't think goes well with a CO exterior. If you're cool with it that's all that matters.
IMO you shouldn't pay more than $35K though you should start lower than that. The dealer will probably be happy to see it go.
Good luck

I'd be willing to bet #2 was the owner's/dealer manager's play toy for a little bit...unless they did something like have a designated GT test drive machine ;)

I am in the same boat. Trying to negotiate a $40.5k MSRP Mustang GT Premium with 401A and 50th Anniversary. Dealer quoted $35,500
Trying to get him around $33,000.
