Prices to good to be true?

Iv been looking a eco 4 pp with a auto for a while now. That being said, I have found one at a unbelievable price. Is anyone else out there seeing anything remotely this close in price?

According to that, invoice is just over $27K with those options so you're $1k below invoice which is decent

If you're going to also get the $500 rebate and maybe the $750 cash back you got yourself a really good price.

My GT Premium PP was $2900 below invoice after $500 and $750 in incentives off

I got an offer for A model option just like that for 27 and change out the door after TTL. That is a decent deal. All depends on their dealer fees

bbb - nice spreadsheet, but I was wondering where you got the invoice prices on the base cars without options. The MSRP and invoice prices for the options you show look right from the info I've seen.

The base prices are up slightly from what you show in the spreadsheet. For instance, the MSRP base price for the GT Premium Fastback (400A) is $36,300 instead of $36,100.
