Prepping PP for winter.. what did you do?

Summer has gone and winter is around the corner.
I've put about 10K miles on the Mustang since March of this year.
Summer tires will need to be replaced soon on my PP wheels, and I've come up with few options.
Do I.. #1 Put summer tires back on the PP wheels and drive my other cars during winter? or #2 Get Winter tires for PP wheels and worry about the summer tires when spring starts? or #3 put winter tires on the PP wheels and get aftermarket set of wheels with summer tires come spring?
What should I do? what did you do for those that went through last winter with Mustang?

I live in GA but I go to Chicago via road trip over the holidays. I have an extra set of PP wheels and I just put on Continental DWS A/S tires, which have always served me well (albeit with the softest sidewall on the face of the planet). That's all I'm going to do. I drove my car in a snow storm the day I picked it up on Pirelli summer tires... I lived.

Go with Option1 since you have other cars to drive. It costs about $1,500 plus for a winter set of tires and wheels...

I'd buy a set of winter wheels and tires if you can afford it.
Otherwise, I'd swap in a set of winter tires on the PP wheels.

My plan is to put some All-Season tires on my PP rims by November (have two track days coming and figure that will do in the P-Zero's). This spring I will get a second set of tire/rims for track/autocross, maybe someones PP takeoffs or just cheap rims with good tires.

I originally bought a set of AxisSport wheels and Blizzak LM-32s for winter. But, I like the AxisSport wheels much better than the original PP wheels, so I ordered a set of DSW06s and put them on the AxisSports and put the snows on the PP wheels.
