I sold it in early 2021 I think it was. Had 6k miles on it. Ended up in the Midwest, St Louis area. Why do you ask?

Because it seems to me that a white PP2 is a unicorn, and is my first choice. If I may ask, how much did you sell it for? Was it 401A w/active exhaust?

Purchased for 49k new. Sold 2 years later for 43k or so.

There were plenty of them when I was looking. I wanted the upgraded stereo, and regretted the Recaros. They looked cool as F, but wasn't a good daily.

That's the only thing that can be said for them. One ride in a car with those seats was a short and a very informative education.

Right? I rode in a Bullitt with them and they aren't comfortable at all for me. I hear of peeps who take them out and replace with standard seats. I wonder what is the parts list to make a PP1 into

I like to change sitting positions while driving. And be able to turn and look over my shoulder.

Not having to climb up and over the side of the seat side getting in and out is such a joy.

The Recaro seat reminds me of the car seats folks put their children in.

That's what I thought. I lusted for those red Recaros. Some things are just better from afar. Different strokes, to each their own. Yada Yada. I've owned all the seat types. My favorite so far are the GT350 comfort seats. The microfiber or whatever that is holds you nicely and is comfortable, heated, cooled, power, lumbar. Fair play though to you Recaro fans. They're great track seats and look stylish as hell. I have a set of Recaros in my GT500 right now for fun. Ordered it with base seats, but it's nice to have both.
