Title says it all. I have had a number of cars where the rears wore out so much faster than the fronts that I'd go through two sets of rears for one set of fronts. I'm curious as to what your experience has been with the PSC2s.

Yea...imagine that the rear tires experience more wear on a rwd car...i am sure there is a reason for this but the world may never know:giggle:

^ was wondering if someone else was going to have said it before I came in.

Even on the old Pirellis for the 15-17 PP1 people were wearing their rears out under 10k miles and those were just regular summer tires.

The rear tires get all the power applied to them.

It’s only logical.

Lol my Pirelli rears lasted 7k miles. Fronts are 8/32. This car loves to chew rubber :D

This is 3,000 miles, street and canyon carving. Zero intentional burn outs.

Use of the line lock feature may be directly proportional to this issue.
Zero intentional burn outs.
Lol. And how many 'unintentional' burnouts?

Never used it. Now, turning the nannies off in track mode and heading to the hills, I drove it. I've never driven anything that felt the way that car does with those tires. Beyond the realm of the beemers and vdubs I owned the past. Beyond what I thought a 45k car could ever do.

I think you need an adjustment of some sort....
Uneven wear costs to much coin

Yup. It's just stupid how good these cars are these days.

I replaced the cup 2s within a month of taking delivery of my pp2. The cup 2s are great for traction (on a road course or spirited driving on a curvy road) but horrible for every day driving.

Too bad the pp2 doesn't have the same width front and rear rims...
