I want to put wider 19x11 wheels on the rear of my car. Could I just move the current rear wheels onto the front?

Has anyone done it?

Ford says the pp1 wheel specs are as follows:
Rear-19x9.5 +52.5 offset 186mm backspace

Front- 19x9 +45 offset 172mm backspace

I didn't keep the PP1 wheels but I put 275/40/19 19x9.5 ET 30 up front no problem.

My track day wheels are 19x9.5 ET52. Same as PP1 rear wheels. I run a square set so I can rotate tires.

Yes, you can use them up front. BUT you will need
  • 1/2" spacers.
  • extended studs (+1/2" = ARP #100-7732) or otherwise you will not have enough lugnut thread engagement (for safety).
  • open-ended lugnuts.
  • I strongly recommend removing the front and rear hubs and using a press for replacing the studs. It's just easier.
  • Be sure to check inside tire clearance to the strut!

So it's an ordeal. A small one, but still an ordeal.
