PP grill differences

This has probably been talked about before but I have seen different GT PP cars with different lower grills. What is this?

example below even though silver is not a PP.

you will also get that bottom grill in second picture if you get the 50th anniversary package on your car

Both correct. And additionally you will also get it if you have an engine block heater.

Probably one has the acc lower grill. It sucks.
