Possible new gt350 owner

Hello all,

I've been looking at gt350's for a while now and i think i finally found the one. Its a 2018 w/ 1900 miles for 53k, out the door, but no electronics package. My question is, has anyone installed the electronics package in a non electronics package car? Ive searched and cant find much. Also, hows this deal look?

OP, try searching this forum for the individual components you want to add rather than the entire package. Welcome to the forum- lotsa good info here.

I assume you are mostly talking about Sync3. There are a lot of articles about adding Sync3 to base electronics. Look in the technical subforum "Infotainment and Electronics." It has been done. Not super hard, but not as easy as simply swapping a head unit either. Kits are out there from about $1900-2500, which is more than I would have guessed. Going to an aftermarket head unit is an option, however a lot of the aftermarket bezels are not the best.

I don't know what tax/title/license runs in SC, but assuming the asking price is around $48K, yea that's a pretty good deal. Not mind blowing, but good.

Maybe not, but I would suspect MSRP. Waiting to hear back on the details.

Sync3 is actually pretty nice, particularly since is it gives you Airplay/Android Auto. Around town I just use Sync but for long road trips AA with Waze is nice. Is it $2K nice? Meh, up to you.

I paid 56 for 2018 brand new with electronics 1 month ago. Look further away, consider having it shipped to you.
