I have recently started having a problem where I would come out to the car and try to start it but it wouldn't do anything. The first time it happened I had a jump box in the car and it would start with no problem. Then when it did it again I would/ could wiggle the positive terminal and the car would start right up. My question is has anyone replaced the battery terminals on their car after installing a stereo system, it seems that the terminal is not tight on the battery even though it can't be tightened any more.

Check the tension adjuster on the terminal. It’s two pieces powder coated that spread apart and create friction when tightened. If they are gummed up or binding they may not be tightening all the way.
