I think option 6 looks best but I do really like the colour of option 3, very unusual

Is a good shout mate, would love to see black chrome, black graphite and smoked graphite on a magnetic mustang.

All I can find for black chrome is:

Yeah i'm talking strictly the finish/colour, if anything, buy whatever wheels you like, get them finished in Black Chrome, will look awesome on your car, and will allow you to start charging pieces to being black, but also keep other bits silver and grey as it's the perfect blend for magnetic to go with greys blacks and silvers. Again, strictly colour wise :p

If you have any pictures of cars with black chrome wheels please feel free to post them up as smoke light graphite, black graphite and black chrome are firm favourites but picking one, not easy. :(

I do like the smoked light graphite as it is really glossy so has a chrome look but on a lighter scale.

It's hard to find black Chrome finishes. Because you have have it shaded differently. It can go from a dark grey into a deep back chrome depending on what finish you like...

What profile do you need to keep the speedo reading the same, 35 or 30's

Thats not a worry I can just recode the revolutions into the ECU to correct speedo for any wheel and tyre size, what I did on my S197 Mustang so no doubt just as easy on S550.

OK Colour is definetely going to be black graphite gloss or smoke light graphite gloss simply because it has so many shades. I do like black graphite because of how from some angles it is black and others gunmetal.

Here it is, base is silver with a darker top coat:

All of the wheels above pretty much scrap them, I've discovered two I feel I like even more after seeing more cars with them fitted and the weight saving is 4-5kg per wheel/tyre.

CF10's

CF5V

Love both, think I shall toss a coin on the colour and then toss the coin again on which design to go with CF10 or CF5V. :)

Toss a double sided coin and go for CF5V...

I'm undecided on the colour though as I generally don't like dark cars with dark wheels.

Off topic slightly, I do like the black open look of the front grille though, if the pony badge was removed completely, rather than fit a black one, does it leave a hole in the grill ?

I would say the CF10s (biased as thats what I've got).

Coming to think of it, if we're not careful, we could accidentally drive away with each other's car... on second thoughts, go for the CF5V
