^^^ This ! Looks like it got damaged & someone tried to repair it, prob. happened @ the dealer or in transit. Doubt they will 'man up' and take responsibility, only way to get stuff like this addressed is to catch it before taking delivery.in the second picture you can see layers, almost as if it was a defect or possibly there was damage someone tried to repair.

Until the Car Rental Company charges your credit card on file for "damages" equal to 2-3 times what the parts actually costs......:doh:rent another mustang and switch the part out? dunno.
