Long story short I wish I'd have bought a JLT CAI. I knew I should have. Tried and true. I got a combo deal on my CAI and tune and figured it would be fine. I could not get my hood to close normally without totally dropping it from the top with the hood blanket on. I finally just removed it completely and now the hood shuts but the PMAS tube elbow design just kept getting in the way no matter how many times I adjusted it. Also I'm not real happy about the way the cone sits in the heat shield. It's pretty close to the edge of the inner fender and I could see it making contact with that if it moves a lot. Gonna just try it out and see but honestly if you're on the fence, it's not worth it for the 4 extra HP or whatever was tested. Get the JLT

Another thing to note and idk if you have to do this with the JLT or not, but the PMAS you have to relocate the coolant overflow tank with a bracket they give you about 2 inches over to the left and it's a pain in the a$$ getting one of those bolts on b/c there is no room. My car is a very early built 18 though so maybe they've modified some things. Other than these two things, It was fairly easy except getting the plug into the firewall where the sound tube was but that's just a factor of tiny space and a really tight plug.
