I have read through a ton of posts about the runout on the 15-17 pinion flanges. I see the automatic got updated to improve tolerances and concentricity to reduce runout. I see that there is a new revision number for the 15-17 manual trans flange. Can anyone confirm that FR3Z-4851-B would have these updates?
I am debating rebuilding my diff anyway, so its an easy change at that point. I don't want to buy one if there is going to be the same amount of runout the current one has.

What is the runout measurement on your current flange ?
I haven't measured it yet. I plan to when I take it apart. I have to take it apart to put 3.31's into it. The 3.73's are just too tall for the car. I have to be in third to hold at all on the street.
