I'm still waiting for Bryan to get back with me. He told me they are getting me a cover "no matter what it takes, it's on your sticker and it WILL be there. I promise to get back with you." This guy is a straight arrow. When he gets back with me I'll find out what it takes to get another one. I'm thinking it was an oversight at the factory.

Yes P8K was the Bullitt code designation in the VIN, however, thats not what it's for.
The VIN has 1 thing in common with the dash badge. The model year letter designation.

G is MY16
H is MY17
J is MY18
K is MY19
L is MY20 etc

So the 2020 Bullitt will have dash badges that start with L. (ie L1234)
This is also how the GT350 designates their chassis numbers.

My dealer finally got mine from Ford. Took about a month. Obviously, someone from the dealer lifted the original as a souvenir.

Anyone know if the GT350 for 2019 are using the same chassis codes or running numbers after the Bullitts? Just curious, and thanks for looking into the car cover for me. My Gt350 is G2337. My bullitt is K1817. I would consider trading in if I could get GT350 K1817 or KR1817.

I have a small home in Oakland Township, near Lake Orion. So, I'm only a few miles from you. Most of the time I live in Houghton, MI. My daugher and her friend rent the main floor and I stay in the apt in the basement when I come down. I'll be going back in a couple of weeks.

MY salesman called from Glen Polk Ford and he said there was no cover with the car and as they were looking in to ordering one, a cover arrived from Ford. Bizarre. He said maybe the sale of the car triggered the cover to be ordered. He really didn;t know. Shipping it today. Maybe anyone that didn't have the cover in the car originally should go back to the dealer and see if it has arrived like mine.

When you order the cover as an option on your car, it does not come with the car. It gets shipped directly from Covercraft to the dealer, so it may arrive before or after the car is delivered. Mine got there before the Bullitt, so my dealer had it for me when I picked up the car.
