Just put the Kudu mount in mine last week. Like the way it looks factory.

I use an ipow - amazon

It’s nice cause it doesn’t need to stick to anything and I don’t have to put anything on my phone. It actually holds pretty well too. I’ve done some hard braking here and there just to test it ha.

Oh and it’s only $12
Hi Matt, this looks pretty cool. Can you please post a pic of it in your car? Thanks.

I am digging on the Kuda. No permanent alteration, yet looks factory. The Kuda is the base trim, then you can screw your mount base plate into it.

Kuda 095995 Leather Mount Black Compatible with Ford Mustang (Since 2015) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CXRHTBN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_3MLjEb5J0ZY09

I noticed the German complaint on Amazon. On the 2019, you may have to narrow one of the tin metal tabs with some tin snips or a dremel. I did...took about 30 seconds.
I had to trim a small portion as you described. Love the look of the mount.

Yeah, I haven't had a dedicated mount for a phone in 10 years...this made me kick myself for waiting so long. That Kuda piece matches my leather interior perfectly!

My phone is always out of sight in the console armrest storage bin and plugged into the USB in there. I've never used a phone mount in the GT350.

Yep. No need to mount. Throw mine in the console or leave it in my pocket. Busy shifting gears and watching out for all the other ass hats on their phones

I love the way ProClipUSA has mounting brackets that fit in between the panels but unfortunately they don't make 1 that fits to the right of the round "Tune" wheel. Thanks to another member though I got this one for $13 USD on sale: https://www.bracketron.com/products/tablet/mult-vehicle-phone-mount-jim

It comes with it's own jaw-style mount but I prefer the magnetic mounts and already have a round metal disc on the back of my phone. I also have a Vividar ball-style mount where the dbl-sided tape failed on another car sitting around so with a bit of ingenuity I did this. It's perfect although I may take the panel off to see if I can get the bracket in further.

Yep. I just took the screw out from the mount and screwed the ball (you can see where the screw goes on pic 2 & 3) onto the bracket (which has plenty of holes). End result is the first pic. The phone just connects magnetically to that first pic. Very sturdy.

To confirm, do you use/have wireless charging? I would like something like this mount, but, not magnetic, since I use wireless charging.

Ah good point on the wireless charging ... no, my phone does not have it and that's why I can use the magnet style mounts. Take a look at the bracketron link and see if you like the mount that comes with it.
