Phone Mounts and Mounting Spots.

Has anyone found a good mount and mounting sport for their phone yet? I use a 6" phone and exclusively use Waze for navigation so I'm anxious to see what some of you out there have done. Are there any mustang specific mounts yet?

I haven't found anything specific yet. I have an iMagnet mount that I used with my Galaxy S4 in my previous car. I liked it alot because it was so clean (no clamps).

I still have it...but it doesn't seem to want to stick to any of the dash in the Mustang. I really don't want to put it on the windshield as the viewing angle is steep as it is and don't want any more of my view obstructed.

I was thinking of trying out one of those CD slot holders like this one:

Since you have a Premium it's a bit different, but in my base I would only be covering up the music buttons (which I already have on my steering wheel). I use NavFree on my phone.

I tweeted at ProClip last week and asked about when they were coming out with the dash clip for the S550 and was told "early 2015." I've had these mounts before in previous cars and they are great.

I have a CD slot mount from my previous car. I really liked it in my Focus, but it's an awkward position in the base Mustang. It covers up some climate control buttons, it's very close to the shifter and I've bumped the phone while shifting a few times, and frankly it sits down far too low out of my field of view while driving. I feel like I have to move my head and look down to see it, rather than just glancing like in my Focus where the CD slot was at the very top of the center stack.

I'm still in search of a good solution.

ive been using this one on my base GT and it works great. just throw the phone on there either horizontally, or as high as you can when vertical, and you wont have a problem hitting it when shifting into 3rd

I used a Steelie in my last car. Worked pretty good. I love that it is not this bulky ugly holder that looks completely out of place.

they have a mount called a "no-pro" i will say it has a great mounting spot. great products, as for the website design, yeah lets just say it looks like im websurfing in] 1998, i couldnt even link the product.
