Phone help

I have a 2016 base trim GT. When I bought it, the dealer paired my phone (IPhone 6). I just got a new phone (iPhone 13), and am unable to get the car to even start the pairing process. The manual is . . . Let’s just say a bit less than helpful.

Any suggestions on how to pair my iPhone 13 to my base GT’s phone? I don’t believe the audio system is “sync” . . .
