PCM Code Clarification

Hey everyone,

I am about to buy an NGauge and need some clarification on which PCM code is correct.

Beefcake has this number highlighted:

But JLT has this number highlighted:
(See Image Below)

I've also read other places that it should be the 3 letters ending in a number shown in JLT Install

any help is appreciated please!

I've asked Lund and vmp this question (as vmp wants same as jlt) with no straight answer yet. I asked beef also. Please let me know if you get one.

Maybe it just depends on who is tuning it. i will go with what is on beefcake's site (which is the one that he said when I asked in a PM)

That does put my mind at ease. Since i am not with the car I tend to freak out a little bit haha. I'll go with what Beefcake said though since he is the one I am buying from. Can't wait!

I ordered mine from Beefcake and gave him my code from which he showed in your picture above . ..Mine was EDB .

The PCM code and the Calibration code are two different things. The forms I have seen ask for the 3 letter PCM code.

On Lund's site they ask for the 3 letters followed by number so that's the one I went with.

I used the 3 digit code shown by the arrow when I ordered. All is working great.

Edit: this was Lund tune via SCT though

What he said. Just send what the tuner you use asks for and it should all be good.

I used the circled number when I ordered my tune from Lund recently. So far car starts, runs, and made power on the dyno.

Well I got confirmation that it shipped so I would hope lund wouldn't ship something if there was an issue. Time will tell. Pretty confident though since I used their sites directions.
