@BIGGRAY here are pics of my tranny with the Calimer block-off plate installed. As you can see, there really isn’t much room to work between the plate and transmission tunnel. Lowering it is going to be your best option here to gain adequate clearance.

Well that stinks. Guess I need to use my warranty with Ford (I hope lol). Worried about having them drop the tranny and causing other problems.

I hear you. If you can stand the noise, maybe consider waiting until it’s time to install a new clutch, unless you’re very easy on the clutch/drivetrain, in which case that could take a while, otherwise, the warranty repair would be the way to a quicker resolution.

So If I remove the four bolts for the transmission mount I can lower the trans far enough to get this part out myself?

How hard would it be to reinstall it once I reattach the weight? Do you have to align things inside the transmission "blind"?
