Does anybody have a part number for the clamp on the driver side header extension? It looks like a standard muffler clamp but with a curve to it for the ball connection. Mine’s developed a leak but I can’t seem to figure out what Ford calls it...hoping I don’t have to order the whole “front pipe” to get it.

Don't know if this helps but doesn't look like a separate clamp. Here are the part numbers to the header assembly and extension pipe.

Thanks @db252 I was looking at the same diagram. Mine’s rusted enough so I honestly can’t tell. Seems kinda crazy that they would go to the trouble of forming it into the pipe.

No problem. Excellent time to go to headers if that’s in your future at all.

It's not formed on the pipe, it's tack welded in one spot. When I still ran the cat pipes occasionally I intentionally broke it off to make taking on and off easier.

Once you broke it off, was it a standard muffler clamp or was it rounded on the inside?

I just had to order the same one, $110 for the part from Tasca. Mine was very Rusty just on the one clamp and leaking a bit.

WTH Ford!?! Why didn’t they just use a flex pipe like the other side?
