if the red were lighter the black middle would be good. I like the black one but I think it would be better with a matt silver, gold, or something radically contrast like a yellow or pink. Though a light blue might work.

Get some swatches and play with it.
The red would be something that matches the wheels, so not as dark. Ill look into something radically contrasting - thanks...

sorry, I wasn't clear. I was referring to the middle (currently black) being better as silver, gold, et. al. The red stripes (ruby? wine?) look plenty good. I just don't think the narrow white in the middle looks right.

Yeah we were on the same page...you got my wheels turning about a different outlining color which would also be thicker down the middle instead of the black. Ill see what I can do to put some other eye catching color in there just to see what it would look like

I am currently having it done for $2000 with 4 coats of clear
I hope thatā€™s not a ā€œget what you pay for jobā€.
All that needs to be done for a good job, thatā€™s very cheap.
There are a couple guys here in my town Iā€™d trust, maybe just one.

Hi. I have been using this Body shop for 9 years, perfection OEM or better paint quality jobs. I stopped using high dollar shops a long time ago for any work. I gave wrenched on cars and motor cycles since I was 12 so I am pretty good at knowing what quality is. But I do know what you mean. Their are Maco painters everywhere. Take care

Please post pics once it is complete.
Absolutely I can. I am doing all of my Winter mods on the Exterior and Interior this winter. No Engine Upgrades this winter, that will be next year. My car only has 732 miles.
