Christ, that seems a lot of money to me. I was quoted £450 from a place near me, and even then I thought it was a lot.

Not sure if I'm being cheap, but taking the plastics off/on with the proper tools (lift, guns etc) wont take very long at all.

I didn't think it was unreasonable. Think I will get it while on holiday.

I paid £175. Mates rate. My mate holds a discount and does painting for £225 for all as per the OP.

If you wanna do it a bit cheaper drive it up here i'll install them all for less than that... Infact I did @ElliotHesp's for like errr free

I've got the spare set of plastics and will be able to do another set painted (By a professional in a bodyshop and all that good stuff) the third week of august. :).

Thanks for the offer, just don't have the time to come up to you.
Getting the fog light surrounds, grill and the grey parts on the door mirrors done for that price. He can do it while I'm on holiday so won't be without the car.

That's not bad for replacing them all and what not. My guys quoted £450 for all plastics (I've only got spare grilles for the EB). I've not yet done my wing mirror lower plastics as that's a door card off job.

I'd go for it at £750 the labour alone will be 2hrs for install, probably another 1-2 for removal (ish), and then removing fog surrounds, grilles, etc is another 1hour, wing mirrors will be an hour off. So easily makes up in the time.

Seems about right to me. Most the work is prepping for paint and making sure they are smoothed down nicely.

I paid around 900 when I had mine done but that did include fitting rear window spoiler and RTR side skirts (which also needed flattening and prep work).
