You are either a troll (doubtful) or a grandpa with a tech problem. Hoping I've read you right, here goes:

Forums have basics - Google them, learn the lingo. If you don't know what someone meant because of an acronym or something similar then google it. This forum also has a wiki (Google it). See a trend there ;)....

Forums also have a culture - this one is helpful but hates cry babies which you are. Start contributing - doesn't have to be technical, plenty of other outlets on here because if all you are going to do is complain or ask for help you're going to get bullied off (rightfully so). You have Google and Facebook for that bs.

Enough with the paint posts, the dealer will fix it - right now you are a troll prove us otherwise.
