I have a 2019 gt with 5K miles on it. It’s A twin turbo car and under hard acceleration it is flashing the check engine light and throwing the p0300 (random cylinder misfire) code and also the p0153( o2 sensor circuit slow response) code. Is the misfire due to a bad 02 sensor? Do these codes go hand-in-hand when the O2 sensor is bad? Will a bad O2 sensor cause a random cylinder misfire. Any help is appreciated guys, thank you in advance! 96FEDA78-9F7E-4B32-880A-076352E3E353.png

These Gen 3's are very finicky when it comes to misfire codes, most of the time the tuner ends up turning off the misfire logic to avoid these issues. I would verify that your spark plug gap is around .020 - .022 after clearing the DTC'S you will most likely find the misfire code will return but the O2 one will not.

Im assuming you dont have cat converters? I would check plugs for cracks in porcelain and then check gap as a first start.

I don't know of any S550 twin turbo kit that uses cats.

I’m definitely not running cats, Lund has me gap the plugs at .26. I’m going to pull them and see if that points to something. I talked to John Urust today at hellion and he told me based off of the logs that I sent him the car is running perfect and that those misfire codes are just Codes That the computer is picking up but they are nothing to worry about based off of the log that he saw. He also said that these cars are very finicky regarding the check engine lights

Are you on e85? How much boost are you running? Are you running a 2step? Did this code just start happening or has it been there all along in the 1/4? Has your transmission been out lately? I am getting p0300 on my 2015 with hellion low mount kit. The things I think it could be are crank relearn needed, O2 sensors, coil packs, dirty fuel injectors, spark plug gap, and possibly leaking head gasket. Did you pull all the plugs and look for differences in them?
