Oz S550 spotted thread

After the Cruise I went back via Wollombi on the Great Northern Road and didn't see a single Mustang. Mind you I only saw a handful of 'other' cars but got a big thumbs up when I got to the end of some road works - I was doing about 5 Km/Hr and they were probably glad I eventually got out of the way!

Saw this lovely Hertz car last weekend in Port Macquarie.

I saw one on the way back south after the cruise (I think we were on the M1 at the time) but it was traveling north. So I guess it was around 3:30

looked the same spec as the above Hertz car.... Triple Yellow with the faded stripe, but it had a black car bra on. Too far away to see rego.

I saw that blue one too. we passed right as he had a branch in his lane I even moved over for him so he could come into my lane a bit but he ploud on through it - i cringed

Ouch! Speaking of which, on the way back there was this weird Mohawk kind of bump in the middle of the road - my car bottomed out on it and scraped some metal part on it... sounded horrid. Anyone else hit that?

(My pictures are held up because the plug to get pictures from my camera to iPad has a loose wire and it stopped half way through unloading; I've lost the memory card to iPad adapter; silly laptop here doesn't have a card reader and it was too damn hot to sit in front of my PC at home ). #firstworldproblems

haha OMFG i hit that too, going to exhaust shop on Wednesday for a closer look, can just imagine a massive scrape under it, thankfully mine is mild steel so bit of black spray paint and it should be right :-)

I seen that weird hump as well and just avoided it ,, I thought for shore she was going to lose something ! But I was only doing 125 not 145 I had time !!?

Spotted on Parramatta Rd/M4 westbound this morning at approx 7.15am.
Race red with black stripes, rego GT50GW.
Had to grin that you still got her out in that shocking weather!

Mine joins that daily commute in a couple of weeks.

That Hertz car must get around. I saw the same car (HTZ001) in Bathurst after the 12 hr event!

I refuse to confirm or deny, but I didn't see another Mustang there, so guessing you weren't in yours?

oh but i was in mine, sitting at the lights heading the opposite way (i was even in the right hand lane, was waiving but no one can see me through the tint so don't know why i bother) as you were turning onto concord (your slipping Scott, must be getting immune). you may want to check your Cam if it was on as you were turning onto Concord and my black beauty should be front and center in the screen

LOL, I blame my daughter - it's usually her fault when I'm distracted in the car

On the flip side I'm surprised she didn't notice - she's a really good Mustang (and Mini!) spotter these days!
