Spotted one teenager that is very happy that he got his L's and that dad has a Mustang not a Prius! No this is not Yuvi!
Hahaha, the Yuvi comment has me in stitches

Triple Yellow in Galston 8am this morning, heading for the gorge.

Then PHARLP this pm on Epping Road in the traffic. Sounded great with the quad pipes.

Galston gorge is "fun" with the ridiculous turning circle of the 'Stangs, haha. Those few really tight hairpins are much easier in my little M Coupe :)

But it's a good drive at the right time - if you can find it - no cyclists and no idiots that actually stop and put their blinkers on at each hairpin (yeah I got stuck behind someone like that once!)

I've seen my local Race Red EB friend a couple of times lately, both while I wasn't driving mine

Saw a DIB EB in Ballarat with an interesting mustang decal covering the rear quarters. Not my taste, but each to their own!

I lived overlooking the Gorge for 15 years in the most peacful bush setting. I know every hairpin and was always fun driving through knowing when to hit the gas hard because you knew what bend was next. Was more fun with the old wooden bridge before they reinforced it.

Thanks for bringing that memory back in my mind. I will be bringing the Mustang to sydney on many occassions when it arrives so will definitely give it a squirt through that winding maze.

For old time sakes I am also going to do the old pacific highway run from Cowan to Gosford stopping at Pie in the Sky for one of those amazing beef burgundy pies!!!

Drove past a Magnetic Vert today. I waved to him. He didn't wave back. Sad face. :(

I think the novelty is wearing off for some, I have waved and flashed the lights at a few lately and got a blank stare coming back at me. The Mustang salute may be a fading thing. I remember way back as a kid when my old man got his first land cruiser everyone would lift a finger on the wheel as a nod to other land cruisers, that also died out a long time ago....

I suspect to him it was just another car. Oh well, I'll keep waving for awhile I think. Stopped at the lights yesterday and a bike stopped next to me, gave me glance and a thumbs up. Returned the thumbs up and had a stupid grin on my face after. :D

Saw a grabber blue eco vert at a dealership today - have ordered a new Ranger Wiltrack, arriving in Dec.
Ford are swapping colours around, Wildtrak will be in Magnetic which is new for that range.

Cheers

Dec 2016? Obviously Ford have solved the Wildtrack supply issues.

Did you like Grabber Blue as a colour?

I have a couple of friends with GB older mustangs, 70 Boss etc and I really like it - mixes very well with black stripes etc.

The vert today had the top down with silver GT wheels, no stripes or side badges - big slabs of GB.

IMO it's a colour that needs breaking up.

The dealership had 2 x white + 2 x black Wildtraks, supply issues gone methinks.

I normally contribute to Thai tourism, now I'm helping out their manufacturing sector as well :D

Cheers

Mind sharing which dealership? If it's close by I wouldn't mind dropping in to see it in person.

Thanks. Little too far for me to go just to check out a colour though.
