I saw a Magnetic GT on Edgars Road in Epping last night, it was purchased from Bayford's shame the owner didn't change the number plate brackets
I have the black Bayford brackets on black slimline plates and like them. They've been made specifically for Mustangs and read "Bayford Mustang" below the rego and blend in with the car. Plus, they've been great to me throughout this process so no issues with having their name associated.

So you retained the large Ford black number plate brackets? Thats what I'm referring to, Considering the other options I would hate to ruin the lines on the front of the car but each to their own!

I'm in north-east Melbourne and I still haven't seen one. Thank god too. I still hope the first one I see will be my own (other than that yellow one from the show and tell last year).

I was lucky enough that the first one I saw in Australia was my own, I have since only ever seen 3 others on the road and 4 in a workshop. I drive around north east suburbs a fair bit so eventually you might see me, only on weekends though!

I've got three more weeks to avoid you then  I already don't drive past my local car wash as there's bound to be one there amongst all the supercars!

I'm not even going to my dealer for fear of seeing one there!

It's ok, I only drive that way during the week. On weekends I'm too busy looking at parts, exhaust clips and checking out the satellite tracking on my transport ship to get out and accidentally see your car!

Haha you will be lucky then, I haven't seen any other Mustang's out that way yet. But I know of another who will be there on the weekends after his car arrives

Good God no! My bad mate, I had my brackets and frames mixed up with the Bayford mention. Even Bayford think those Ford supplied brackets are hideous. The very last thing they do to the car at customer delivery time is mount the plates to the satisfaction of the owner and, as a courtesy to the customer, they ask if they'd like to retain the old bracket. Why anyone would say "yes" to that is beyond my, and their, comprehension.

Oh, and I'll try to avoid the NE suburbs for the next three weeks as well rm_stang.
