Yeah all the speed is logged on the bottom of that video, i just hit 40, which was a straight line acceleration in 3rd.
Great choice of music btw :headbang: pity about the damage, does look like a patch of ice, not the first time its happened to me.

Gibbo is totally right, that was a morning where it went from dry to wet and icy/snowy on my drive, so it didn't even cross my mind to turn on wet mode, that combined with a poorly timed acceleration, and a lack of RWD experience is the main cause of the accident.

I will definitely be looking at some grippier tyres when i come to the time when i have the money for new wheels.

But lesson learnt always use wet mode!

sam big props - take a big guy to say the above. The standard tyres are only fit for drift days. Hopefully you can use this as an excuse to upgrade the wheels and tyres

hope you get your car back all perfect

Thanks Cati! well i have had my eye on some Tech7's for a while, all priced up just need the car and the cash now. :D

As for the car I am hoping to see it soon, they finally got all the parts in, but when ford tried to sync the safety bonnet into the system they couldn't so they have had to order a new airbag module now :paddle: :paddle: :frusty:

Had my new bumper fitted yesterday.
Got to go back, wasn't happy with paint in couple of places.
Dealer said its the bumper molding.
But really should of been spotted before fitting.

Think most of us are bit pissed off,

The Manager has been good as gold at dealer though. If he wasn't a nice guy, I would of kicked off big time.

And the bumper is Marked where they have hit the wing when fitting it, is a white mark, can't understand how guy fitting it didn't see it either,

If they wasn't a mustang, most of us would probably tell Fords to stick the cars, they wouldn't sell many on QC.

It's the love for the car that keeps you going, but the QC has been crap.I've just noticed a tiny dent by the fuel cap, there's no paint loss so I can only guess it's always been there. How the hell can I take it back now after 5 months?

After 5 months buddy could it not be that some idiot has hit it with something? Could have been anything really, I took some package out that will fix all dents and scratches over 3 years with no excess, might be worth looking into, used it already as so many folk out there just dont give a damn:crazy:p
