Interesting to see a thread over on Pistonheads from some chap who lost the rear end today. No damage thankfully, but just goes to show, in this weather (actually, any weather) powerful RWD need a good deal of respect.

Sorry to hear this, at least you are ok. If my car was the daily driver I would have taken the P-Zero's off from day one. I have them on my A6 Quattro and they are terrible.

Yes, one of our members questioned ford about summer tires for an all seasons country and got nowhere with it. They won't put on better tires, prolly have a big contract with pirelli and someone's getting a nice bonus.

It's kind of annoying as it's obviously not been tested on UK roads and UK weather with them tyres and they're an obvious flaw as EVERYONE with the car is saying.
I can't comment as I haven't got mine yet. However the pzeros in VERY HOT. WARM. DRY weather in the USA. AND WARMED UP. Were good. As they should be.

Cold, wet, slippy conditions I dread to think.
