So I'm heading to my local dealer to place an order on a DIB GT PP. Really excited. The only other option I'm considering is the rear park assist... is it worth it?
You should really consider the premier trim as well. The soft touch upgrade is well worth the $350 price.

A GT PP w/ Premier trim is the "bare bones" Mustang in my mind.

After having my car for a few days, the rear park assist is totally worth it. I wish it was a full 360 degrees but I'll take what I can get.

If I have a VIN on cotus, does this mean that my dealer has an allocation? Or are those 2 things mutually exclusive?
