53H = HID headlamps. It is on my DORA under my 401a group.

Which is interesting seeing as HIDs are standard equipment on all models and trims.

Sure enough, I looked at my VOC and I see the separate pieces listed out with option codes for each item, just below the 401A package.

53H - HID Headlamps
583 - Shaker Pro
912 - 12 Speaker Sys
99F - 5.0L TI-VCT
44X - 6-SPD MAN TRANS
etc.

I get that, but I just think it's odd that it's listed as part of the 401A package.

It's not. It's listed BELOW the 401A package. The 401A package, ironically, isn't split out like the GT Performance Package is, to show the features of said package. At least not on my Vehicle Order Confirmation (I never received a copy of the DORA).
