Order and Delivery Date Only

On Cotus I have a order date and a delivery date but no build or other dates. Could it be the car is already built and waiting for shipping?

Still shows in-processing on Cotus. Sheet at dealer shows a build date 0f 10/24/14.

Same here.

Last week dealer told me the build date was Monday 10/20, but cotus still shows order processing and ETA of 22 days.

Cotus now shows car in production and still with the order and est. delivery dates only, no build date. Also the window sticker select is now displayed below the car pic but doesn't come up when selected. Probably will tomorrow.

This is normal! the line moves to the half way point in each step it is only an image and not an actual live line. It is triggered by a data field being entered in the database.

The lovely Rachael [Ford Service] can estimate when you are going to go into production. I am projected to go into production on 10/27 and I have a delivery date of 11/10. Of course all dates are subject to change

Wonder why the dealer's info is that much different than COTUS...

COTUS gives you the last possible day of their delivery week estimate. Back when we could see the source code, my estimate said "10-29-14 to 11-4-14"... but on COTUS, it only showed 11-4 as my delivery date.

there's a begin and end EDD. Cotus always shows the End EDD, and it seems your dealer is telling you the begin EDD.

I wouldn't say a week is 'so much different' though. Both are subject to change.

For those of us checking COTUS every 10 minutes, a week is a LONG time :(
