Anybody get the factory pump working? Even on the bench? What about using diff pump on the tyranny for a cooler pump.

AFAIK no one including Ford has figured out how to retrofit the original diff cooling pump into the base/tech models. Ford Performance is planning to make a different style pump for their retrofit kit. The pump will come on based on the temperature sensor reading rather than being run in the same fashion as the track/R pumps. I'm not sure, but it might be a simple on/off setup rather than variable speed like the factory setup.

Hey Hack,
I'm not sure Ford put much effort into helping us out with this one...
I remain hopeful.

AFAIK, had to bing it to find out what it meant, having to type with thumbs sure seems like step backwards but hard to fit keyboard in your pocket.

Same here. I know last year when I was so upset about the transmission I didn't expect to be waiting for the differential stuff this summer. I guess I could have just gone aftermarket, but I really do trust Ford's stuff to hold up better.
