Hey man! I didn't know you had a stang. I bought Avery one so I've been on here doing my research for a month or two.

What kind of exhaust work are you wanting done?

I've used 405 Muffler on 89th and Shields. He does great work and doesn't charge squat. Really nice folks there.

What are you needing done?

Yea, decided to buy one last May and just piddle with it when I have time.

Thinking about a couple different routes on the exhaust...already have a catless DP and I can't make up my mind on doing a MBRP setup or just cutting the mufflers off completely and running that with just some new tips.

If you decide to go custom like that, Josh Brooks could get you fixed up. I don't know what he charges but I wouldn't think it would be much to just get rid of the mufflers.

If you want to get together with me and [MENTION=18458]Midnight_LMR[/MENTION] you can get a decent idea. He has muffler deletes and I have a catless DP with just a single in/dual out/xpipe/quad tips. It's essentially a resonator only exhaust.

I'll actually be up "north" at Pole Position tonight for a Mustang club gathering if you want to hear it.

I'm actually looking for someone to TIG some exhaust stuff. Does Josh do that? 405 was great for what I needed, just simple work. My new setup requires a bit more finesse.

PAD looks legit. I'm not up to date on the local shops anymore as I have been doing my own work for quite some time now, I just don't have a TIG at the moment. If I'm not doing it I want someone as perfectionist as me

I'll have to check them out.

Josh does good work. Having said that, I always wish I had shop space, tools, and time to do my own stuff. I'll usually knock out the things that can be done in the garage with hand tools that don't take days of labor, but there are times I would love to have a lift and some nice air tools. Maybe one of these days I'll get on that.
