And regarding the gym, I hit it yesterday for the first time since December due to a jacked up elbow and it felt good....except I am feeling it today. The good news is, that gave all of the new years resolutioners a chance to clear out.

I've been at it for about 5 years now. Had a BMI of about 29 at one point and was near the point of a real fatass. My BMI now is between 20-22 and I compete in 3-4 Ironman events/year. I spend way too much time at that place some days though. Definitely not a resolutioner.

That's awesome! Good work. After spending a lot of time in the gym in my teens and early 20's, I started back again a few years ago when I realized a desk job and hitting my 30's was killing my mid section. My goal is to maintain 8% body fat but I'm up to 10-11% right now after the holidays and being out of the gym for several weeks. I'll be back down to 8% soon enough though. I might even shoot for 7% for the summer but we'll see. I try not to get too hardcore about cutting fat because I'm just grumpy when I try to cut too much.
