Sorry if someone has said it, but didn't want to read through 30 pages. I straight piped my resonators, which I believe replicates the R. Check this video out, this is what mine sounds like now. First they accidentally removed the factory x and it sounded awful, but putting it back in gave it the high rpm scream like this video.

Just to be clear, that isn't my car. My car does however sound exactly like this when revving out and on overrun. During the winter months, I've watched this video many times to help get through awaiting the snow to melt!

I went with a corsa X pipe resonator delete and i absolutely love the way it sounds. It’s all personal preference really. Anyone have trouble uploading files from iPhone? I tried to post a video says it doesn’t have proper extension

I love it ! It’s like a fine wine, keeps getting better with time ! Pipe is opening up and more crackles and pops ! I had the shifteck h pipe for 5 days and took it off back in February and ordered the MBRP x pipe but never opened the box and sent it back , corsa packaged it really nice and the additional pieces look and function great. The sound is awesome .

Hell yeah, the snaps and pops after a cold start during your first few shifts are straight up incredible haha.

Man I love stock sport mode to but have the shifteck sitting in the garage in it's box. Someone convince me to alter this awesome stock sound and that the shifteck will be even better. Please ---lol......

Woman Driven YouTube ! Good thing is you can always put the resonators back in with the shifteck, I can’t with corsa.

Got my shifteck X on yesterday. Its 100 percent the flat plane crank to its excellence. Sounds the exact same (which I was hoping for) only a few decibels louder. Its not over bearing at all though and the amount of heads it turned just on my way home was insane. Down low it sounds amazing - especially with the intensified crackling and popping and up top it screams flat plane with maybe just a dash of rasp. Not high pitch shit rasp but more of like a mean deep rasp if that makes sense - Love it so far.......
