Official Resonator Delete Thread

I'm on the fence about this. I don't think I need it but what is your opinion? After hearing his do you want to change yours?

It's loud. Noticeably loud. When I stood behind the car and heard it I could feel the force of the sound waves. WOT on the street is going to get you looks from everyone around. Some of that may be unwanted however. Although loud, it does sound fantastic.

If you are on the fence I would wait for the Borla/FP mufflers to be released since that is imminent. Once you hear those it should provide you clarity on what to do.

With all that said I have an appt with AED to get my resonators removed next week.

Oh and you'll scare the shit out of animals. I actually felt a bad about that this weekend because I scared the crap out of a little dog in SF on accident. As the dog's owner was picking her dog up she gave me the craziest death stare I've ever seen. Like she wanted to murder me.

I switched to the good neighbor mode when I was on 19th street through SF on Sat. Turned it back to Sport when I drove through the tunnel! :lol:

Didn't know you hadn't removed yours yet. I don't think its that loud with them removed haha, I can't wait to delete my cats next with a nice set of headers

Did it within a week or picking up the car. If it's early I leave it on quiet mode, but otherwise I flip the switch open every time I start up..
